Defective execution. No return

This is so common sense NO NO! It is specially designed for gel nails. Gel nails are fixed with alcohol. If you drip alcohol on the top, which is common, the paint will be removed from the car! What a waste of $100! And when I tried to return it it said non-refundable! A product is defective if you cannot use it for its intended purpose without damaging it.

The lamp stopped working after less than 3 months. The item has been replaced. Excellent customer service.

I bought this lamp on April 12th. It's early July and the lights are flickering on and off instead of staying on all the time. I've used it probably 3 times since I received it. I'm glad about that, because the few times I've used the lamp, I really liked it. It's very efficient. They quickly sent me a new light. The new light works great. This is a great product.

good nail design and polishing

The first one I got didn't work. It took over 20 minutes for each hand to dry. They were kind enough to exchange the item for a new one. I tested it and it was significantly faster but still took a few minutes per shift. I would say that to make a complete set of arms and legs you need to be patient and put a little tome aside.
