I like that this service helps us with our inventory management system. It makes it easy to track all of our equipment in one place. Also, we can easily input new items into the database as well. This program has made managing my business much easier! There are some things about this product that aren't great such as the fact that you cannot go back after adding something to your list. I like that they are very knowledgeable about their products as well customer service! They have helped us with many different problems including but not limited too our ERP system which we use daily in order improve it's functionality. The only thing i dislike was there price plan structure when you purchase more than 1 license per year or if your renewal date falls close together (2 years).
