I like that they are very knowledgeable about their products as well customer service! They have helped us with many different problems including but not limited too our ERP system which we use daily in order improve it's functionality. The only thing i dislike was there price plan structure when you purchase more than 1 license per year or if your renewal date falls close together (2 years). It can be confusing at times because sometimes its hard to tell what will happen next month since all plans change so often from quarter end dates etc.. We've been able solve multiple issues such as performance improvements using data warehouse capabilities along side other business process changes through this product alone without having any additional support staff needed outside those already provided by them.
