They look well installed. Installation wasn't as easy as I thought and the rubber pad you have to attach is very difficult to hold during installation and ends up falling off anyway.

My poor truck's fenders were rusting so I had to do something but I didn't want to pay for the bodywork. I cut away the rust and sanded it down a bit and then primed it. I sealed everything with duct tape so there's nothing the flares wouldn't hide. Looks great to this day, and it's been 1.5 years.

The picture shows a flush flared one that doesn't protrude too far. I'm not a fan of wide flashes so I was glad to find them. When they arrived they were not the same as in the photo. The packaging could be better and the clips that attach the flares to the body aren't the best. Overall the product is ok but I have found similar products at half the price at Revain. I only ordered them because the picture shows a different style.

Expanders look fine and seem to fit 'dry' but I haven't installed them yet. Why? Crazy rubber seal that comes with torches. As you apply the seal along the edge of the flare, it will slide off the area you just covered. Lund must pre-install these seals with glue. I've installed window trim, handrail trim, tailgate trim and fenders and have never had to install a seal and all the glue was in place. 2 1/2 stars.

Lightning looks great on the truck! The rear is permanently installed with the hardware provided, but you will also need to purchase 4 replacement 1/4" plastic rivets separately from the parts store as the two rear openings match the factory fender and plastic fender pan holes (this is not explained in the instructions). ).
