The chain was a little tangled when I received it but it looks just like the picture! My friends loved them. However, some chains have turned to silver.

My friends really liked this product. The hour I spent untangling them (a time I will never get back) was almost worth seeing the expressions of gratitude on their faces. All in all a good product but only if you are willing to put in your time. I had no issues with duplicates and they match perfectly.

Do not worry about it. They are so confused that they go straight back. Luckily I ordered 2 different flavors for my 4 year old daughter and her friends for Christmas!

Good quality necklaces. Really nice for close siblings for Christmas this year. I also have a couple of keychains so we could swap them if we wanted to.

I have 2 identical pieces of "Always". The necklaces were in great condition and everything was as advertised except for the missing piece. The necklace needs a part with "maybe" and "never". My daughter was very disappointed. Once the item is resubmitted I will change my rating. Thanks very much.

The chain arrived on time in the only plastic case. 5 puzzle pieces with words scattered on each piece. The chains got tangled upon receipt as others have said. Easy to untangle, although a small piece of tape on each chain may get in the way. So. It was a good price and for a group of teenagers who would love it. We were delighted to find a group chain for more than two friends.

They are very cute and would make a good gift for friends at my daughter's housewarming party. One of the two kits I ordered was tangled when I received them, but I didn't think it was a big deal to fix it myself. Appears to be normal quality.

Exactly what I was looking for! My brother-in-law and his new wife were moving to North Dakota for military purposes, and my husband and I were moving to Georgia, so my mother-in-law was heartbroken. So I got her this with all our names on it for Christmas so when we're together we can put all the pieces back in place ❤️ They get tangled but don't worry they come undone easily. Be patient :)
