The first had 2 bulbs hanging from wires and the touch sensor didn't work properly, I had to unplug and plug it back in to turn it on and the sensor that never changes light type worked ! The second mirror was damaged in transit and arrived completely broken. Now I'm back to square one without the mirror!

I bought a small version of this and it just wasn't big enough. I had to upgrade and I'm glad I did! arrived intact and in perfect condition. I think they fixed this problem. It is very bright with white or warm light. It even came with a real wax sealed envelope, a welcome letter. I am very happy with my update!

It's a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but I wasn't overly surprised by the price. It arrived undamaged and was easy to assemble with just two screws. It has 3 levels of brightness and you can change the color temperature. It doesn't come with an adapter, so you'll need to buy one (like a phone charging box). Overall I am very happy with my purchase and glad to have done my makeup in good light at least once.

I bought this mirror because I was remodeling my makeup room. I ordered it a couple of weeks ahead of schedule and when I finally opened it up I found that it didn't light up properly (lights just blinked or didn't work at all). I contacted support and Gavin helped me a lot! He did his best to solve my problem. I am very happy with my purchase, the mirror is very beautiful! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap makeup mirror!

This mirror has everything you need in a mirror with light EXCEPT it turns off automatically every 10-15 minutes. Of course, this is annoying for people like me who take at least 30 minutes from start to finish. Not to mention that I usually do my makeup in my bedroom with the lights off around me except for my makeup mirror. So when the light goes out I'm left blind and look for the power button again. It broke the deal for me. I'm sending the mirror back.

Very nice mirror. I actually have it in my living room because I first used it as a backlight during distance learning and then fell in love with its beauty every day. And by mistake I installed it next to a very tall realistic Eiffel Tower. When I look at the styrofoam statue they look so beautiful together that I can't get this beautiful mirror out of my living room. So I need another one for makeup. Seriously, this makes great home decor/lighting anywhere.

My wife loves this mirror. Double the included legs! Otherwise you will scratch your table with the screw heads :((This part is poorly designed - they might sink the screw heads into the base :( We scratched our table (picture) right away because we didn't double the legs. The mirror without USB Power supply, but only with a USB cable It is also a bit strange that the power cable sticks out at the side instead of being plugged in at the back, otherwise a good make-up mirror.
