They work with my kitchen pots and are very eco friendly

They were very easy to put in and I think they last a lot longer than regular non LED bulbs. I love the range of warmth, from soft/golden to daylight with many options in between. They are just as bright as other non-LED bulbs, maybe even brighter. I recommend!

Bought January 2018 to October 2020

They fit perfectly in our home BUT the packaging says these bulbs last 22.8 years if used 3 hours a day. I've been using it for almost 3 years (max) 6 hours a day and they're starting to dim, flicker and go out. I feel cheated. Could all that LED lighting be a scam after all? I paid a much higher price for LEDs, but they last a little longer than regular incandescent bulbs, which are a fraction of the price. False advertising or faulty production? They are bright but they have a few downsides: they hum audibly, only dim to 20-25% and they take 1 second to turn on

they have several downsides. First, they're smaller than standard BR20s, meaning they don't go well with the built-in light I have in my apartment. Second, they are noisy. With six installed (and of average hearing) I couldn't shake the buzzing noise of Bzzzz overhead. Finally, they take about a second or more to turn on, fade to about 25%, and aren't a soft white. You are closer to daylight. Suffice it to say that I am sending them back.
