The light color is not what I expected / one of 2 bad

I thought I ordered white as per the description but it is now. It is not pale white but rather yellowish. It also does not turn out the light, like the same Westinghouse with a power of 150 watts. I thought I saved a bit as the Westinghouse costs about 30% more, but the light color just doesn't match. Update: One of the two lamps didn't work. Although sealed, the one that didn't work looked like it had been repackaged. The box is gone, so I'm sticking with it. So trying to save some money isโ€ฆ

Beautifully bright, doesn't seem to last long in cases

I've been ordering these for several years to use in three enclosed lights and they work well for a while. Most lightbulbs are 100% on about 12 hours a day, off about 8 hours a day, and somewhere in between for the rest of the day. In these conditions, the bulbs will last at least 9 months, but no longer than 15 months. That's only a maximum of 8000 hours and seems low for a lamp that's supposedly designed for the case. Very bright! best lightbulb

Bought these to light up my driveway and to replace some crappy LED down lights that came with my house and WOW what a difference! These lights actually illuminate MY NEIGHBORS' driveways AND HOUSE DOWN THE STREET! Their brightness CANNOT be increased; They look like HID headlights, but in the form of a lightbulb! I'm not sure how "energy efficient" you would call them as they draw over 20 watts each, which is slightly higher for LED bulbs, but DAYUM, they're bright! People gather regularlyโ€ฆ
