Saved by lyf from hours trying other means

I loved that Lyft was local to me! It saved me a lot of time and money! There is no way to be sure that the drivers are insured and that they are following the rules. I would not have used Lyft if I knew I would be put in a car with an unlicensed driver. My insurance company would not cover me because they said it was not safe. I was a single mom who needed to get to my daughter's after school activity. I had no choice but to use Lyft. The benefits far outweighed the downsides. I was able to…

  • Being locally owned & friendly, clean cars etc.; great app so easy access very prompt customer service when i called for assistance (i did this multiple times)I liked lyfts willingness/ability too provide more than one option e g taking you directly from your doorstep or providing additional options like walking / biking
