Good quality/looking strap

Used this strap on the GH5. The feeling is comfortable, not cheap at all. There is an installation guide at the top of the page. I think I'll like it even more when it breaks.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Cheap compared to Camdapter.

I bought this to try on my 80D as an alternative to the much more expensive Camdapter I have on my 5DII. I like the leather strap very much, it has a very good quality and I will keep it for that reason. However, the plastic base plate does not fit my ARCA QR system on a Manfrotto tripod. I will be purchasing a Camdapter ARCA baseplate to use with this strap.

Pros
  • Hands Free

Easy handling with good comfort.

Nice and comfortable strap that keeps your camera ready to go. I've added a small dog collar to put around your wrist for extra security as these things can slip off your hand if you slip or get bumped, but a small strap fixes that. Much more comfortable than a collar. I also use a long one-shoulder strap with a carabiner that attaches to a wrist strap for when you go on a long hike and get tired of carrying your camera.

Secure your gear for bags and cases

Using a wrist strap when shooting really gives you peace of mind - it greatly reduces the chances of dropping your expensive camera. And this strap is very good: durable, adjustable (but it takes a little while), and comfortable. The downside is that this can affect how your camera fits in your camera bag. You may also have to do some scrabbling around the hand when shooting the camera, but that also depends on the work you do adjusting. However, this is a small change in exchange for the…

If you use wrist straps, you'll love these.

Excellent wrist strap. It fits perfectly on my Canon 6D and also on my hand. Lots of scope for adjustments. The supplied mounting plate is made of plastic. My only suggestion is to replace the plastic mounting plate with a metal one. I just didn't feel comfortable mounting my camera on a tripod with that plastic plate. But it's easy to fix. Try this strap, you will love it. The metal plate I replaced it with also has another loop on the other side where you can add a shoulder strap if you want…

Not bad for the money

Got the belt yesterday. Very pretty and well made but a bit stiff as you would expect. My Pentax has a built in grip and the controls are a little hard to reach, but once hacked it should be fine. The camera feels very secure, but the jury is still out. It's a hell of a lot better than pretty much any shoulder strap. I store my camera and lenses in my think tank teardrop bag until I get to my destination, then I pull out the camera along with a battery or two on the strap and head out into the…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Crumpled

Handy strap for my Canon 6D with battery extension.

Just received it, can't comment on wear resistance yet, although the leather seems to be of decent quality. As mentioned, the tripod mount is plastic but feels pretty solid. I have yet to mount it on a tripod, but if it doesn't work properly all you have to do is remove the plastic tripod mount. You don't need a screwdriver to remove the bracket as it has a handy tab that attaches to the screw. What I like about this strap is that it doesn't cover my ankles like some other straps do. It has a…

Pros

  • Slightly small

Love this leather strap/handle. I have the brown and black versions on a Nikon F5. Threading the strap through the camera mount ring and quick release plate was easy enough (I've used similar grips on other cameras over the years). This grip is very comfortable, nice padding for my hand. The leather is stitched for extra durability and prevents it from stretching over time. I adjusted the buckles and shortened or lengthened the strap as needed to allow my hand to easily fit in the grip and…

Pros
  • High test scores for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

The plastic quick release plate is a big disappointment.

I bought this camera strap to complement my Peak Design strap. I use Nikon D750. I have been using the Peak Design tape for several years and it has worked flawlessly. Pros of Lynca: The strap itself looks good and appears to be made of quality leather. The tailoring is of high quality. The lining ensures good wearing comfort. I feel good in hand when holding the camera. The quick release plate fits my Manfrotto 680B monopod but not Peak Design. I expect the leather strap will stretch a bit…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
