Excellent wrist strap. It fits perfectly on my Canon 6D and also on my hand. Lots of scope for adjustments. The supplied mounting plate is made of plastic. My only suggestion is to replace the plastic mounting plate with a metal one. I just didn't feel comfortable mounting my camera on a tripod with that plastic plate. But it's easy to fix. Try this strap, you will love it. The metal plate I replaced it with also has another loop on the other side where you can add a shoulder strap if you want without removing the wrist strap. And yes, you can mount the camera directly onto a tripod without removing the strap. Excellent attitude.
