Perpendicular to the tie, they are longer than I expected. I purposely don't wear skinny ties, but they were almost wider than my tie. Luckily I used them for a project and was able to crop them to a more suitable size.

In my new job I sometimes have to wear a tie. Not wanting to spend more than $20 on a work accessory, I went with this cheaper option. They work great. I love three colors to match the ties I wear.

It's been a year since I bought these, just a nice touch to any style. I match the gold and silver watches to my watch and combine the black ones to make them look shiny. Excellent quality, retains color and does not scratch. looks clean I recommend it.

I bought these tie clips to wear with ties I bought when going to a third world country. Unfortunately the tie clips were not delivered as planned and were not delivered. I will keep them anyway as the value for money is excellent.

This works for cotton/poly ties but if you have luxury silk ties. stabilize and fashion. This pin is too solid for stabilization. The two rough "pinches" on the back of the needle will tear your silk ties, especially if you're not careful. A high-quality tie pin does not have this problem. since the clamps are always smooth. I say don't buy, look elsewhere. It's cheap but not worth it.

I bought these because I keep losing tie clips and I'm tired of spending money on them at retail. The black is a very nice matte black, but the brass "gold" looks very cheap. Silver looks good. In general, they are durable and work quite well. I have no complaints about the price I paid.

This is a great tie set that can be used with any color tie. A great masculine accessory that gives my game a professional look. I will never need more. Solid and elegant with great finishes.
