When my cat scratches its neck or ear it seems to rip the shiny threads off the collar making it look torn. I liked the collar and the box it came in, but it's very fragile.

Very nice idea, delivered quickly, nicely packaged, but I urge manufacturers to reconsider the use of staples on loops and sew all the details. I would never have bought if I knew this collar has suspenders. This is extremely dangerous.

Beautiful butterfly, but it loses a lot of shine. We ended up removing the tie and just using the collar for two reasons. First, the fabric was stiff and after being given a chance it didn't soften. Second, the ends of the flies seemed to annoy our little one and he chewed on them. I love that the bow was detachable and had a tear off closure!

Although this collar is cute, it has sharp edges that will irritate your cat's throat. My cat has scratched it many times! i give it back Very easy to take off which is the point of the collar. On the collar there are two things with sharp edges. The ring through which the collar passes and the muzzle of the cat at the point of separation have very sharp ears.

It's really cute on my cat and looks like a good detachable collar BUT the ears in the decorative cat part are sharp! I'm so glad I took my cat's collar off at the end of the first day because I didn't realize it at first. My poor little fella's neck/head must have been tucked behind his ears for most of the day. We will file the ears, but if we didn't have the right tools to do it we would send them back.

Bought this collar to replace our kitties collar which broke daily. This only came off once in about six weeks. I was worried the loop would bother her, but she doesn't seem to care. It is detachable. I took off a star because the cat ears on the clasp look like they could pierce a cat and be uncomfortable. I shaved and smoothed my ears to avoid causing discomfort.

I received the green metal collar with a bow and I am very happy with it. It looks amazing on my tuxedo kitty! I wasn't sure if it would fit a 4 month old kitten but I removed the tie and was able to tighten it just enough for him. He's old enough to carry a bow and he's priceless. I will say that the collar has had some threads pulled out which is scratching it, so it's definitely not indestructible. But I would say that the quality matches the price.

I bought my cat a butterfly collar a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised when he really enjoyed wearing it. I knew I should get him a new one with a zip tie if he wears it regularly and I'm so glad I found these M Young collars. This galaxy print makes my boy look like a little professor and we both love it. The tailoring is solid and I haven't noticed any fraying around the bow like other brands I've tried.
