The design and the outer shell of this coat is very nice, but it is quite light. The fleece inside is very thin. It is difficult for a child to close a zipper and it seems that it can break at any moment. I want you to tighten the coat at the bottom so the air doesn't blow right in since it's wide at the bottom.

The jacket is really good and my son liked it. It fits him a little more than I thought it would, but it's good and will last a long time. I love the material.

Great colors but terribly cheap plastic zipper. Easily tangles and breaks with just a few socks. If the zip were improved I would give it 5 stars but without a working zip the coat is next to nothing. We bought 2 coats in different colors and had the same problem with both. Disappointing because we love the look of the coat.

Bought for my son, lasts 1 day. After a few hours of wearing, the zipper broke as many others have mentioned in other reviews. Don't waste your time and money.

We love this jacket EXCEPT that the zipper seems to be sewn on backwards which makes it difficult to close and doesn't always stay closed. That's a bummer. Can someone help me with this problem?

This jacket was just what I needed for my son. I took the size just for the thought of wearing hoodies underneath and I was glad I did as I feel the sizing is very true to size. He didn't complain about being cold on our fall-winter coaster.

Lightning doesn't last. In general, the flash is lame. First, it is difficult to fix the bottom stopper. I had to help my son (5 years old who can zip his jacket himself) about 1/2 times and then even had problems with it sometimes. This issue did not become a deciding factor and we kept the jacket. But now, after about 4 months, the zipper teeth are no longer holding together and the jacket is practically unusable. I should have returned it when we started having problems. Lesson learned!

It would be a great coat if the zipper would hold. The zipper was very flimsy and there were problems from the start. It often got stuck and tangled almost every time it was used. I also ordered two of these coats for my eldest son and he is having the same issue. It hasn't even been a month since it broke. The jacket itself was very cute but very difficult to close. Big waste of money. Super screwed up.

I bought 2 identical jackets in different colors and sizes. Size 9/10 fits perfectly and we are very happy with this jacket. Size 7/8 has adjustable sleeves with velcro which is not that comfortable. Every time my child puts it on, the inner fleece layer of the sleeve comes out. My son hates this feature for this reason.

Definitely a size or two bigger, but this product is very high quality. I bought this for my oldest son (6 year old, 55 pounds) and it had enough room for next winter. He loves it and was warm enough for a winter in Tennessee.

This is the perfect fall/spring jacket for the North Dakota weather. Fleece lining inside and outside keeps rain out. Beautiful colors, my only complaint is my son is 8.4ft 5in, 71lbs and a size 9/10 fits him perfectly at the moment. It seems to me that the size is slightly smaller. So I docked it to 1 star.

This jacket is really cute and good for cold weather. My son's layer was of course underneath, but in rain/snow weather the jacket worked great. Fleece lining inside for extra warmth. My son loved his jacket. I would recommend this jacket. His clothes underneath were pretty dry.

To be honest I really like this coat. My problem and the reason I gave it 2 stars is mainly the price. Not much for isolation, which is what I expected considering it was $30. You can get the same quality coat at Costco for $15. Still, they're 100% waterproof and appear to be well made, they just don't cost that much.

My son is 54 inches tall and weighs 60 pounds - lean and lanky. He usually wears a size 8 (sometimes 10 for longer sleeves). Size 7-8 was roomy - the sleeves are quite long. I was worried the lining would be too warm but as soon as my son put it on he said it was so soft and he loved it. In general, the jacket is comfortable to the touch, the material is not so plastic. like other raincoats - we'll see how they do in the rain. So far we are happy with them.
