Description of MachineWorks

MachineWorks functionality gives CAM software manufacturers the ability to simulate and verify their toolpaths. Our true-solid engine allows collisions to be detected and simulated with high quality animations that are built on OpenGL or DirectX graphics. For complex machining, MachineWorks’ kinematics allow full machine simulation to ensure that all clashes and gouges are detected anywhere in the machining environment.

Great Software - Easy and Fast Learning curve

I like how easy it is for me to use this program to create my CNC programs. It's very user friendly! The only thing i dislike about this product is there sometimes isn't enough space between parts when you're creating your part lists which can make things difficult at times. This doesnt really bother me but if anyone else has any problems they should know its not as bad as some other products out there. If you have no experience using CAD/CAM then try one of these first before purchasing…

MachineWorks - Easy to Use 3D Simulation Software

The most helpful feature is its compatibility with many different CAD programs. It's great for simulating machining processes. I like how it can easily create simulations of multiple machines at once. You have to learn how to use this program because there isn't much help out there when you first start using it. Also, don't expect too quick results if your machining process takes more than about 10 minutes. This program helps me solve problems before they happen by creating realistic models of…
