Amazing team and very responsive during implementation & after-launch

The team is very responsive to all questions that come up during implementation process as well has ongoing support for any issues after launch - they have been there! Their pricing structure works really great when you need more than one person working together (we needed 2 people). They also do an excellent job at keeping track if everything goes smoothly throughout entire project lifecycle from planning through post-launch maintenance phase etc., which was key part I appreciated about them…

Pros
  • Great customer service, response times are fast.
  • Lots options in terms or price point & customization possibilities according customers needs& budget constraints,
  • Very good communication with devs via Slack channels where we can ask question directly without bothering anyone else involved into development processes too often : )
Cons
  • Not enough advanced feature sets yet especially regarding integration capabilities within SFDC tools still lots room left here

Great Customer Service + Excellent Tool

The customer service is great! They truly care about helping you achieve success and will work hard to do so. Sometimes it can be difficult for technical support to understand what someone needs when they're not using software themselves (ie., if they just want help getting started). This makes communication more challenging at times. I recommend reaching out directly to the team whenever possible - they really value feedback from customers like us. It's very easy to integrate our marketing automation solution (Salesfron) with macromator, you can easily export all contacts from Salesfor as CSV file, which we then import back and populate our Marketing Automation data. You need a full license for it though! Also I don't like that macromator is not mobile friendly - if there isn't native app available. So far so good but this isn't an issue any more since they released a native application. The main benefit i see now is being able to have…

The most comprehensive Customer Data Management & Marketing Automation

There aren't any dislikes as such but just to mention some points about MACROMATOR which I feel is one-of -a kind platform for Customer Data Management & Marketing Automation:- 1)MACRO has its own customer database so it can be integrated directly from within CRM system.- 2). It's easy integration process from DMS like Dynamics 365/365S1 where you have option to sync data using API key provided by Macro.-- 3.)   • Easy navigation between different views (eCommerce Salesforce view , Lead Scoring View in SFDC.etc)
  • Dashboard looks awesome with many options displayed together easily accessible without much clickings..and also user friendly GUI..also helpful tool tips are given whenever needed...to guide beginners too
