Tons of grippy chalk, goodness

I used Mad Rock Chalk last year and it worked really well, even with my very sweaty hands. Compared to the Black Diamond White Gold I used to buy, this chalk is just as good if not better. It lasts a very long time and is really cheap for quite a bit of chalk. Even after a year of semi-regular climbing, I still haven't finished all the chalks. Great chalk and even better for the price!

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Good but not great

Amazing recording! Amazing chalk

I'm a beginner climber so I'll tell you right away. the difference is in my climbing ability. I can hold holds I couldn't take without chalk. So if you're just starting out and have never used chalk before, you should definitely get some of these. I've tried a few other types of chalk and they didn't give nearly as much of a hold as this stuff. We'll definitely stock up.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • I really don't like anything about it, everything is fine

Not your usual climbing chalk.

This material is definitely different from other climbing pins I've used before. Much finer grit than BD White Gold or Evolv Chalk and I'm still not sure if that's a good thing. It's certainly cool and applies a little better, but I think it wears off a little quicker than regular chalk. If you also spill this stuff on fabric (e.g. car seats or bouldering mats) it will be harder to remove than regular chalk. Not sure if it's worth the slightly higher price. I'll update this when I have more…

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • boring packaging
