Wow like another reviewer said these things are LOW. What you see in the product photos is just the top of the device, which is about two inches deep. there's another rear end, almost another two inches, that you can't see in the photos. They seem really hard and I very much doubt water will seep into them. They also have little bulges that force you to lift a bit to open them; great feature that I didn't expect.

wanted to give this 5 stars almost perfect: Made in USA, great price, same price as China/Mexico, big store but deeper box. solid metal Looks good, is durable and can withstand soccer balls, inclement weather, etc. Nice gray color and solid construction. However, it is difficult to assemble with cheap screws! Thank goodness I had a few extra screws to get the job done, but very difficult to do with small pan head screws. Good quality product as pictured and well packaged. Looks great on the outside of my building. But I have two complaints: 1) In use, the case is not dust/stain resistant. It prevents the ingress of precipitation, but does not carry away dust and particles with the wind. They collect under the cover of the housing and around the outlet and can penetrate the pin holes of the power plug; 2) The cases are powder coated and look good. Unfortunately, a powder coating, while durable, can easily stain…
