The first package had missing parts so we contacted the seller to send us the missing parts. However, since they couldn't send us the individual parts, they gave us a brand new cat tower for free (although it was a long process). that it is strong for a cat.

I rarely leave reviews - I really like this cat bed. He is sturdy (my cat is big boned and weighs over 20 pounds). The box was quite heavy, but assembly was easy. Everything I needed was in the box including extra screws and all holes were drilled clean. Looks pretty nice when assembled and the removable pads attach to the platforms with Velcro and are machine washable. Better than expected.

It was actually a good buy. A bit pricey considering how much I usually pay for it. However, I've spent so much money on regular scratching posts that just get completely destroyed, so it's worth it to me. Personally I've always felt that scratching posts look tacky (on the stands I've bought), they're really pretty and fit WAY better with my home decor. I love that the pads are removable and washable as both cats shed so much. I definitely recommend it.

Easy assembly! All the parts are labeled and now that I know where they belong, they're most likely easy to take apart and reassemble if needed. Overall this scratching post is quite well made and attractive. It's also fairly easy to assemble, but you'll need a magnifying glass to read the instructions (graphics for attachment types are sparse).
