I REALLY wanted to love this set and I loved it. First. When we received it we tried it on our bed (Cal-King) to make sure it fit and was perfect. The sheets were very scratchy but I figured it was just starch due to packaging and would wash off. The sheets are a little softer after washing, but the set has shrunk so badly that it can no longer be used on our bed. And yes, we followed the washing instructions on set. Most items will shrink a little with the wash, but this set will shrink A LOT.
