What did I buy?! on Quilt Sets

This is probably the biggest disappointment I've ever had with a Revain purchase. Note to self: READ ALL REVIEWS. What looks like a soft, luxurious bedspread in the photos is actually so thin I can see my hand (and sheets) through it, and the 'chenille' is rough and spiky. Not only does it feel harsh and rough—it looks and feels like a brand new kitchen towel made out of a flour bag—but MANY of the chenille fibers are long and messy all over the sheets and pull out instantly. In fact, they are…

NO NO NO NO! - WEAR IN 3 MONTHS!

It looked so beautiful when I received it. He sheds, but they're all - OH WAIT! - THIS NEVER STOPS LOSSING AND NOW THE PATTERN FALLS OUT! It took 3 months and 4 washes for this bedspread to show its poor quality and my bedroom looked like it had been invaded by the "DUST FAIRY". We still use the White Fairies mop under the bed twice a week. Now I find tears! I bought it because of the fantastic size and perfect design. Too bad. My last one was from Canada and after 7 years it's still like new…

Decomposes - DO NOT BUY

Decorative design peels off like you won't believe! See photo of the blue pants. Achieve everything! Photo of white cotton on the floor after washing on gentle cycle! delicacies! I can understand if it happens on the first wash, but it's happened a couple of times now. Clogging my dryer filter. I climbed into the washing machine so hard it clogged the drain! Then, after washing, the flakes fall onto the next laundry that is washed, and so on. When I rub the bed, they flake off. If my child lies

Nice cover though.

A few words can be said about this veil. When I first took it out of the packaging, there were a few small pink spots on the material. Looked like a strawberry. I sprayed it with stain remover and then washed it and the stains are almost imperceptibly gone. Second, the pillowcases are huge. I'm sure I didn't read the pillowcase sizes but they are definitely for a king size pillow and not a standard pillow. In the third photo, all of the extra room is on the right, so I had to hide the excess…

Pros
  • The cotton chenille bedspread and pillowcases are embellished with a quilted floral medallion for a charming country feel.
Cons
  • Negative is available
