I bought this DVD set of Royal Magic and these 2 are the perfect addition to Cardistry. While Royal Magic focuses on technique/mechanics and applies them to tricks, this DVD set is organized differently with the first 3 DVDs showing many tricks and the last DVD focusing on basic techniques. Great products!

HE WILL WANT TO LEAVE YOU AGAIN, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TIME TO SEND HIM BACK. I HAVE MANY DVDS THIS IS THE WORST AND WAY TOO PRICED. A lot of people say the same thing he's boring and between PERFORMING AND LEARNING HE DOES IT 2 DIFFERENT WAYS IT WILL DRIVE YOU CRAZY.

I learned some card tricks via Youtube. When I bought this DVD set I wasn't sure how good it would be. It was wonderful. For the beginner it contains helpful tips but perhaps more importantly it covers a lot of the basics - strengths, shuffling, passing etc - that can be thrown in a hurry when watching and learning on Youtube. Worth the money if you are interested in learning card magic.

I'm new to magic so this lesson is AMAZING for beginners. The magician performs a live card trick. He then goes through each step very slowly, even repeating important concepts. But what I like most is that he gives you presentation ideas, jokes and most importantly tells you how to deal with common situations that go wrong. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to do simple magic tricks. . I haven't gotten to the advanced DVDs yet, but I'm sure he'll be just as good at teaching

This is by far the best DVD I've found on the market. I bought a lot. This is a very high quality product. The magician and host is the best teacher. I love doing tricks with cards. This is definitely a gold mine for me. It is very good value for anyone who is interested in learning tricks and understands them very well. It has all levels. I was looking for a video tutorial to teach me card tricks and how to use cards. I found this to be exactly what I was looking for. The instructions are great! The way he teaches and the camera angles make the learning process easier than other instructional videos I've seen. There is a large collection of shuffles, slates, tricks, etc. It will take me years to go through and learn all the material. I thought it was great value for money!
