Not worth the price

I paid extra for this X-pipe because I wanted a quality part but it's not a quality product. It's not like there are rough welds in the picture with lots of droplets remaining and the inlet and outlet have a steep transition in x that is likely to cause turbulence. Save big and buy one of the tubes for $30.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Little things

Used to remove the resonator on the BMW M4. It fits perfectly, which reduces installation costs. When I flat out there's a nice rustle, but it's definitely not too loud. I especially liked that it didn't have any negative effects on torque due to my dyno, which was my original limitation.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Modern

Overpriced for quality

The unit I received had dirty welds and slag (molten metal) was dripping on it. It was faded and not polished as well as pictured. It's not a big deal to me, but anyone who wants a polished exhaust system should be aware. $100 was a bit steep for two 12 inch pieces of flimsy steel pressed together. I thought if I paid 3 times more than the cheaper brands I would get better workmanship but that is not the case with the part I received.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Quite expensive and clearly no better than anyone else.

First. I don't think it's a bad product, but it doesn't seem like it's much better than the $35 X-Pipes you can buy anywhere. Build quality is no better, and it's unclear how much performance it actually adds - if at all. Your exhaust will definitely sound smoother at idle and nicer harsher on top, but I think it's worth spending the money on a proper X-pipe with a bent mandrel, which will give you better scavenging and a sharper exhaust note - it's not that much more expensive . I don't regret

False advertising and insanely expensive! Do not buy!

Paid $95 for two. Painfully spend the extra money on a $38 Wesdon Exhaust Stamped X exhaust. Then what did I get? Essentially a Wesdon Exhaust Stamped X Pipe but in a Magnaflow box. The product does NOT look like the picture, is NOT solid or liquid like the picture, the embossing is looser, bulbous and less shaped (so who knows what will happen if there is a leak?), it has welds that may not come off Stainless steel is steel. Metal and straight pipes with open edges are used, which restrict…

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Bad experience
