Overpriced: Muffler

One of the mufflers has a dent in the bottom of the muffler base. Since it's a show car, it matters. Also, I think the price is too high.

Quieter than you think. Drone Zero

This silencer is real. Straight ahead so I shoot flames when shifting No hum and sounds great. Magna Flow has never let me down.

Very well built and has just the right sound that won't overwhelm you on the track. Sounds great on my Ram Hemi Truck, deep tone and not too mean!

The best investment I've ever made in my truck.

. Such a deep, rich muffler sound. I can also see the difference in performance gain. 10/10 recommend. I was so scared it would sound like a school truck, but it's not at all.

6.0 GMC Sierra two Magnaflows sounds awful!

2000 GMC Sierra with 6.0 LQ9, camshaft, headers, real dual exhaust and Gibson stainless steel tips. The two 14-inch Magnaflow mufflers were very quiet once installed, almost silent in my opinion. A few months after the break-in they got a little louder and sound fantastic! Remember that when using two silencers, the sound is quieter than one silencer. If I had gone for longer 18 inch mufflers it would have been a lot quieter.

04 Silverado 4.8 on Exhaust and Emissions

As you know 4.8 is gm's smallest v8. I installed this muffler to replace the mbrp muffler that came with my cat back which was too loud and hoarse when the cats were removed. This muffler has just replaced the mbrp muffler and sounds 1000 times better. At idle, the exhaust is noticeable, but quiet, when driving on the road it is very deep and hoarse. Would recommend this muffler to anyone who wants a great sounding Silverado. I have used many different mufflers and exhaust systems on this truck

. wanted because the sound of muffler removal was beginning to bother me), almost too quiet

Just added today to my fully stock 03 E39 540 and removing the muffler (with stock resonator) it has definitely cleaned up the sound a bit and made it quieter (which I wanted because with the Muffler the noise removal started to annoy me), almost too quiet. It's nice and quiet when you're fumbling, which is perfect for me, and you can hear it when you're sitting on it, but I wish I could hear it more. I'll probably replace the stock resonator with a 2.5" brushed stainless steel Magnaflow 10416โ€ฆ
