Folding Magnifier: Perfect for Jewelry and Embroidery Tasks Review

I had to check the eyes of one of my dogs. I think she might have an inverted eyelash and I need a magnifying glass to check that. I hope this works because itchy eyes can be really annoying. I'll find out this weekend. At the same time, I can see things up close and learn how to use them properly BEFORE introducing them to our dogs. It works well and has two different light colors. Four stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The lens magnifies well and the light perfectly illuminates the viewing area. But be careful, if you leave it in your pocket it's very easy to grab it, turn on the light and not know anything about it. Then the batteries are extremely difficult to replace. Try to just pull the batteries out of the compartment and don't move the metal ladders or you'll regret it. 5 stars for the magnifying glass and downgraded to 3 after changing the battery.

For me, this 30x loupe is ideal for examining rocks I find off-road while climbing. LED lights are great for illuminating the surface and observing in tiny crevices of a rock up close. What's particularly nice is the ability to easily switch the LED mode from white to ultraviolet or blue light, allowing you to spot glowing rocks with the touch of a finger, without looking at or away from the optical lens.

30x it's definitely not. I should have known this because I read some of the reviews, but I think sometimes you get into an impulse buying situation. The description needs to be updated. It feels very light and toy-like, but that's to be expected given both the price and the description. It says it's a plastic eye loupe, so you know what you're getting. The light is very faint yellow. Don't expect a 30x eye magnifier, but other than that, for less than $20, it's not bad.
