It's very easy to set up campaigns with several different types of emails (autoresponders, welcome series, etc). The interface can be confusing at first if you are not sure what each button does or how it works. Some features aren't as obvious when you don't know what they do. I like how it has different filters so we can target specific audience types depending upon where our mailing list comes in when creating campaign lists (by job title or industry).
