Broke before we could use it

It was a beautiful Aphikomen bag but unfortunately I think you get what you pay for. I zipped it up the first time I opened it from the box and when I tried to unzip it to put the matzah inside, it wouldn't budge. We spent 20 minutes trying to unwrap it and in the end all we had to do was place it on top of the matzah on a plate.
