I'm not sure if I suck or if this gel doesn't work well with the magnets I bought but I don't see the design. Also, it looks gray in areas where the glitter is coming off. The gel polish is actually very pretty without the use of magnets so I can use it like glitter.

This is exactly what I was looking for in velvet nails. Since it's silver, you can layer any color underneath to create a subtle hue underneath the silver. Since this is a gel nail polish, you have plenty of time to work the magnet over and over on the nail until you get it right, then cure under the LED lamp for 60 seconds and it will harden. Only one coat is needed for stunning velvet nails.

The way it sparkles in the sun is just fantastic, the pictures don't convey everything. It shimmers like magic! I don't like my glitter to be too thick so I mixed it with clear gel to make it thinner. You can see the difference in sheen between what I thinned out (blue on the left) and what it should look like (right). I just wanted the magnet to be stronger, it really doesn't do that much unless I get it very close to the nail, so I used my own magnet.
