This cuts my hard clay with a clay shovel blade like butter!

Pivoting the mud flap in my clay basement penetrates 1/2 inch at best. I saw on YouTube where they used a manual jackhammer so I bought this along with "Makita 751623-A Clay Spade Blade, 4-1/2-Inch" and it cuts my hard clay with a Clay Spade Blade like Butter. A bit pricey and a bit heavy but worth it considering I have two 40ft booms that no excavator can get in.

Pros
  • Soft rubber side handle minimizes vibration and rotates 360Β° for operator comfort
Cons
  • No automatic

Great tool for drill presses

I bought this tool to remove both layers of brick from my house to make a log home. He was never absent. I ordered two attachments for it, one pointed and one 1β€³ flat, and have been using them for the same time. I have no complaints at all with this tool, although the handle broke falling 15 feet. Concrete pavement but a $30 replacement was sent to me from somewhere else. If I lost this tool I would buy another one, exactly the same.

Pros
  • Compact, lighter for better balance
Cons
  • Something different

Broke after 30 days! Run Around Customer Service

So I brought this to replace my $110 demo hammer that I had for 10 years. I wanted to take it easy. In any case, nothing is going around with the manufacturer. I have to take it to my local warranty repair shop where they may or may not consider it a warranty repair. I've only had the hammer for 40 days, it's obviously defective and Revane let me know he can't help you here after 30 days. Lesson learned after wasting $350, don't buy a Makita or do business with Revain again.

Pros
  • Locking Knob for Continuous Use
Cons
  • So far so good
