Type of review

Small light projects. If you're just drilling a few holes and have to lug the drill up the stairs and across the roof with all your other tools, every ounce you can snip off your tool belt will make you a lot less tired at the end of the job. Day. I love this little drill. Lots of power for its size

Customer service terrible

When I tried to register this product it didn't say anything about it being registered. So I left a message for someone to call me back. Some mean lady did. They say if you register, register. Couldn't check for me if he was registered and didn't pay attention to my words. In addition, two bits are already broken. I've only used them on a drywall to hang pictures. Super cheap.

Great addition to the 18V range and for many household tasks

Although most of my power tools are cordless, all my power tools are in the 18V class; I have several 12v Makita CXT tools to add to my line of 18v tools. Before I continue, let me say that I bought this drill driver myself, I was not offered a fee for this review and so on.
