When I opened the box the air conditioning cover was cracked and most of it spilled out. I was surprised that it doesn't have shrink wrap. It wasn't worth my time and effort to even try to get him back.

Great deal! I have thick, heavy hair that is very drying at the ends. These are incredible things! Super light. Rinses well and lathers well in hard water. No marks were left on my scalp at the crown of my head. And doesn't make my hair sticky and tangles badly in the shower. If there was one complaint, it would be who I am. I just wish the flavor was lifted just a tiny bit...otherwise I would definitely buy this again!

I love this product. I have very thick bleached hair and this shampoo and conditioner is my new favorite product! I also bought a shower head to help with hard water and together they make a huge difference.
