Matches very well with flashes, especially AD200. Prevents scratches and provides a flat surface for anything you want to stick to.

Swing arm, super clamp and camera mount were purchased separately. Seems solid so far, it can handle my Canon 6D MK II without breaking a sweat. The item was slightly missing but Adorama and Revain arranged for the shipment to be repaired. Very satisfied with the product and the seller.

I've combined this with a Manfrotto two-piece articulated arm (Manfrotto 196AB-2) to make a macro lighting mount. Articulating Arm Stands are perfect for this mount. So I mount a mount on a post, a Manfrotto quick release plate where the camera should be (so I can mount/remove the camera quickly) and on the other end I mount an LED light. The swing arm is designed so I can focus the light where I want or just fold it in half to save space when traveling. It certainly feels as strong and durable

This economical camera mount is good for holding or hanging your camera on the C-stand extension. I use it for product photography when shooting directly on a flat surface. It also holds the camera at an angle, but the screw clamp doesn't seem strong enough to me to hold a heavy camera in normal use. It's great for hanging the camera. The best solution is a tripod mount, but it costs a little more money. This camera mount is good for getting started.

This is my fourth purchase of this device. Two of them come with my two magic hands. The third comes with my Manfrotto 155BKL convertible head without camera platform (black) attached to the super clamp to hold my TASCAM recorder and the last is used as my homemade Speedlite flash mount which uses the Phottix Odin receiver and the Canon 580EXII holds up (see product photo above).
