Description of Manfrotto Windsor camera and laptop backpack for DSLR gray

The backpack has an internal, detachable protective case that can hold a medium DSLR with lens attached (70-200mm) and 2 additional lenses. Quick lateral access to equipment is provided. The upper part of the backpack is designed for personal items. Separate pocket for a 15" laptop. Two leather straps securely fasten a small tripod to the front of the backpack. Numerous additional zippered pockets for various accessories. Comfortable padded shoulder straps provide comfortable carrying. The backpack is made of premium water-repellent noble gray fabric combined with genuine leather straps. True English style, based on impeccable classics, elegance and good tone. The lining fabric uses a traditional English check. The metal logo and stylized clasps unobtrusively indicate affiliation with a famous brand. Also, the backpack can be used for the DJI Mavic Pro drone (drone, controller, two batteries and a charger).

The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

In general, the combination of price / quality allows you to make a choice in favor of this photo backpack. On the purchase, despite the visible and tangible shortcomings do not regret. I knew about the latter especially before buying from various video reviews.

Pros
  • 1. Ergonomic. From a backpack for carrying / transporting photographic equipment and other equipment, I need the reliability of all fastening elements, ease of use (logistics of movements) and safety in handling. Actually, the device of the backpack allows, by removing one of the straps, to get a carcass, a lens for changing or creating a frame; fasteners on the outside hold the tripod; a laptop is placed in the compartment / compartment at the back; there is a pocket on the grid inside, two outside, in which for the time being it is convenient to put filters, rags, laces, wires and other trifles. 2. Appearance. It was important for me to have a thing that would not unambiguously give out a photo bag / photo backpack and at the same time be comfortable in combination with urban clothes. Definitely, of the available options on the market, this one is very beautiful, looks stylish and youthful. 3. Quality of materials. At the moment, there is already a month of almost non-stop use. Got caught in the rain once. The straps are very soft and do not pull the shoulders, pinching the seams, as happens with regular backpacks from time to time. 4. The pouch for the camera and lenses is removed, turning the backpack into the most ordinary urban one. It has convenient rearranged partitions to accommodate all my devices as capaciously as possible.
Cons
  • 1. From the constant use of external tripod mounts, creases form on the leather straps, which will either add aesthetics or completely kill the possibility of further use. However, this will obviously not happen after a year of use. 2. The top flap's magnetic latches work well and even keep themselves closed by 10 points. But! Getting one magnetometer into another is another problem if you don’t hold each one separately, especially if things are packed tightly in a backpack. Here you don’t even need to adapt, no matter how hard you try, and closing on the first attempt is possible only on the day of purchase, when there is a desire to frown after reading reviews and watching video reviews. No, you won't be able to close it easily on the first try. However, there is a lace inside that allows you to tighten the contents from precipitation, for example, to simply put on the valve, spitting on attempts to close the magnets 3. Horizontal tripod mounts. My tripod with this method of attachment goes beyond the boundaries of the backpack, and with the new dimensions I touch everything and everyone: people, doors, lampposts, etc. However, this method of fastening makes the backpack more stable when placed on the ground. 4. The lower back sweats. But the experience of use fell on perhaps the hottest days of July, when the temperature reached 35 degrees. At a moderate temperature of 15-24 everything is in order. 5. It is a pity that there is no fastening on the stomach / belt like hiking, because I load heavily and without such support it is sometimes difficult. However, if there are not many things hanging in the backpack, this is a minor drawback.
