I am very happy with this purchase. Keep in mind that you will need two suitably sized wrenches (or two crescent-shaped wrenches) to put this together.

This handy little container keeps everything I need close at hand while I work out. Easy installation. Seems very strong. Look at the picture as he walks over the chrome part of the stand and then slides down the black part.

Good choice. The only issue we have with this product is the height it sits at. The musician is seated and requires a low music tray that allows only an inch to an inch and a half of space between the top of the box and the bottom of the music tray. Luckily, it turns out to be good for granting access. Great place for pencils and white paper.

Be sure to press down on the black portion of the stand leg to secure the box. When the box is in this position, it is strong and stable. It contains my tuner, pencils, erasers, water bottle and most importantly my iPhone. Before the accessory box, these items would fall to the ground with every kick of the base! I bought the accessory box because I needed a discreet way to hold these items during the performance.

I liked it so much I bought a second one; leave one at home and one at the theater where I play. I play woodwind. There is a tray where I store my reed sleeves and another tray where I quickly hide the mouthpiece caps when changing instruments quickly. Long enough for pencils. My only issue was that the plastic caps made a lot of noise when I dropped them into the plastic holder. In addition to other reviews, the box sits on top of the base "post" and grips the extension post. If you hold the stand at the minimum height like I did, the box disappears under the stand. However, if you're good with a drill (or knife), you can use a large drill bit and lightly trim the plastic edge at the top. This allows the box to grab the bottom bar, and quite snugly, with positioning all the way down. In general I am very happy. The round holder is not designed for a water bottle (!)…
