Not only was half the drawer missing but this piece of junk had the worst instructions I have ever seen on a product. I will never use this company again

Good, but if you plan to assemble it yourself it's not worth it. The instructions are terrible. The parts are not marked and it is heavy. I will not recommend it at all. I think the manufacturer is selling this item for its looks, but it's not worth the money or the product.

Good quality and fine workmanship. The product met my expectations, the only problem was the assembly instructions for the cabinet as they do not have step-by-step instructions. Also keep in mind that this is a heavy cabinet so consider using a drywall wall mount as the ones supplied with the cabinet will not suffice for drywall.

Looks good, easy to assemble. The instructions can be a bit difficult to follow. The catch is that while the listing says it can hold "up to a 65" TV, it doesn't state that the shelf itself can only hold up to 11 pounds and the wall mount is ONLY suitable for BRICK WALLS. You will need additional brackets for separate mounting if you really want to put your 65 inch TV on a shelf instead of wall mounting the TV. And / use drawers to hold things. Also, be aware of the need for additional hardware

This entertainment center is beautiful and of high quality, but assembly is a different story. I never leave product reviews, but I felt compelled to do so. I contacted the company that made a great sequel, but that didn't help. This company needs to improve the illustration and assembly instructions, they are easy to misunderstand and therefore assembly can be difficult. I've collected lots of furniture over the years, most of the time I don't even need to look at the instructions, but it took me a good 4 hours to assemble this product.
