Should be called Woman Up!

I'm almost down on my first bottle and I'm already seeing a difference in my training. I take one in the morning and two on days when I plan on heavy training. I can already see changes in my endurance and recovery.

Not worth the side effects.

Works great for energy and sex drive, but the horrific side effects of insomnia and irritability outweigh the benefits. It also causes anxiety, headaches and nervousness. I actually felt better when I stopped taking it. This seems to put a lot of strain on the body.

More Energy and Libido

This is the most effective tongkat ali I have ever used. Lj100 is the real deal. With just 100mg for 4 days I noticed an increase in libido and energy. I noticed a part of libido where I couldn't stop looking at women everywhere. My voice has also gotten deeper and I can't get this song out of my head. Definitely a male herb if you can handle it. As said in the review above, it is really strong, so if you take too much it can tax your body. I'm an athlete so I'll stick with 100mg a day, but if…
