We called the manufacturer to see what our options were after it arrived damaged with a 12 inch gash that was deep as well, and they said they should be able to send a replacement part for the top. After 10 minutes on hold we were told to go through ebay. Given the other reviews of similar issues, we're going to think on an exchange but will probably just return and buy a different brand. Huge pain since it is very heavy (and we live in a fourth floor walkup). Was excited it was US made but…

Holes were a little misaligned so I worried about screwing them in and causing the joints to split in time from the tension. But everything else is amazing

If you are looking for a straight forward cutting table this one fits the bill. Simplicity and designed to be sturdy. The size may not be suitable for larger workspaces.

If you don't want to wait on local supply place, Amz delivered this one quickly and nothing was damaged. I'd purchase again.

Very easy to assemble with two people. It arrived safely packaged with no damage. Love the sturdiness of the steel and quality of the wood. Perfect kitchen island for smaller spaces, and much cheaper here than on the John Boos website!

The top has a crack in it. Legs are sturdy but show marks like rust and discoloration. Made in china on most of the components. The shelf looks to be low quality sheet metal that seems to not have a shinny finished look. Im keeping it and may use it for a expensive work table.

First opened the box and could appreciate the look of it; bottom shelf had all kinds of scratches. Holes in the wood top were not the correct thread, so screws provided did not fit properly. They included 2 alan wrenches but only one even worked on the table. Over all steel frame was GARBAGE but the wood top is ok?

Perfect for my small kitchen! Love having this added prep space. Quality piece. Arrived in 3 days, packaging was great, no damage as others have experienced. Gave it a fine sand to smooth surface and gave it a good coat of oil, wiped off next day and could use right away! All pros.no cons.

This a a very sturdy well made table and it is perfect for my needs to add counter space in our 1930's lake cottage. Very satisfied.

I like the work table, it is very nice. The maple top is beautiful. It was well packaged and simple to put together, despite the lack of any instructions. My only complaint is that since no casters are included, I emailed the company (Boos) directly to see about purchasing them. I was told that casters were available for this model but the would cost $175, that seems excessive. I decided to take the casters from my old Boos prep table that I am using elsewhere. Exactly what I wanted for my kitchen, but came in slightly damaged. Still usable and looks great. Could have sent it back, but what a pain and I needed it now.

This prep table makes for a great island, especially in our micro NYC kitchen. The table is incredibly sturdy and can easily handle our various heavy appliances on the shelf. We coupled the table with a pair of stools and it makes the perfect spot to have a low key dinner for 2.

I was hesitant due to this size being close to 600.00 at one point. This one was a lot less and being Boos it is amazing. The table was easy to assemble and is perfect for my small house. Buy this today!

Super happy with this table . It was pretty easy toPut together and it looks like it cost a lot more then it did. I wasn’t sure what to expect at this price but we are super happy with it.
