The stone coasters I received range in color from off-white to brown, but the company told me you can order matching coasters if that's important to you . You want the customer to be happy. The coasters are truly natural with the markings and feel of natural stone. So far they seem to be quite absorbent. They are a good size for almost any mug or glass. They are nice and heavy so I don't think they will slip easily. The cork backing protects the counter well.

We have had these travertine coasters for a long time and use them regularly. I like the look of natural stone, little pockmarks that aren't a rough or uneven surface. They're heavy enough not to get sucked up against a fogged glass (99% of the time) but on rare occasions the cork backing completely covers the lid so the rock didn't damage my glass coffee table. I recently bought 2 orders for these totaling 8 coasters. I know this guy because I've had several sets over the years and love them. When I saw that they were called "beige" but one of the pictures looked white, I realized this was a play on color. The ones I already had were beige so I was hoping they would match.
