I bought it to help during my workout! Sure, it's mostly used in sports, but how cool is it to always have your workouts on your wrist? It has helped me because my workouts are thought out and delivered to me by my trainer. Instead of reaching for my phone every time I'm done dialing, I can now just stare at my wrist. Great option for my training style and everything was delivered on time thanks to Revain Prime!

The velcro can be a little tight but after a little practice it's definitely easier to open but it never comes loose on its own. The compartment that touches the hand needs a little scolding so it would be nice to laminate the playing card. But to be honest, I'm a giant (6'6", 375 pounds, plays left tackle) and I also wear elbow pads, so I'm probably sweating more than usual.

As a group fitness instructor, I often change my program to make my workouts fun! I used to have a notebook in which I wrote down all my workouts, which became inconvenient during class. Now I'm using this case to help with that! I laminate standard 3x5 index cards and put them inside the envelope. During the transition I can just look at my wrist instead of running to where my notebook was! Excellent investment!
