Martin Yale Diameter Punches Through Review

This 5 hole punch was purchased for use in a small medical facility and has worked very well for a few months but is now almost completely useless. I'm not sure what happened to it, but it became impossible to configure it properly to work with maps. Some rails are sticky and others are really loose and the screws on the bottom that have to be used to adjust them WILL NOT stay in place. Very disappointed with this purchase. Expects it to last years instead of 6 months or so.

I ordered 2 for my unit and one broke within an hour. The second lasted about a week. It was great for Revane to come back and send two more of them. Then, about 3 days later, one of the replacement devices failed. When I say broken, the first one had a hit that blocked and nothing matched. I had this beat at work and had to take it from others who stole it from me. The only problem was that mine was aged, rusty and worn. I looked up the model number on Revain and found a replacement. Unfortunately it is not of the same quality as my other 20 year old. It is difficult to keep the paper guides in place. The biggest problem is the hole punch tray.
