This thing is absolute crap. We had an art project that required 2 inch strips of newspaper, 26 at a time. This machine ripped, pulled, shredded, anything but cutting! Reminiscent of the finest vinyl cutters of the past, this is something built far from any form of American quality. Sorry for the terrible rating but don't waste your efforts.

The Premier W24 Paper Cutter is a very strong and well built product. Thanks to its solid wood construction, it is by no means light, but it is very stable when cutting multiple sheets of paper or matte card. The width markings on the ruler are accurate and the blade cuts cleanly. My only issue with the design is that the safety clip that holds the blade in the down and locked position is too weak.
