Ideal for quilting

Excellent material. Leaves no marks on iron or fabric. Gives you an instant crispy crust but no harshness. Great fresh flavors. I'm going through this press fluid like wildfire. I don't think I'll be using starch or glue again. Purchasing this product through Revain is the best price choice. Glory to Raven!

Pros
  • Won't peel off even on dark fabrics
Cons
  • Doesn't work well

The perfect name for a great product!

Bought a spray bottle of this (unscented version) at my local JoAnns store about a month ago, love it! This refill bottle also smells amazing which is a nice bonus. It won't stain my iron, but it gives the fabric a nice crisp finish and makes it easier to work with (and cuts well). Even with completed projects there are no problems.

Pros
  • Smoothes stubborn wrinkles
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Great smell, great strength!

As a beginner to quilting, I've tried many different things when ironing: starch, semi-starch, non-starch and plain water, all with their pros and cons. Best Press is known to many quilters as one of the best ironing sprays out there and I finally decided to give it a try (after a couple of sad nights of ripping bits out due to starch issues) and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised . It reinforces the fabric enough that you can "work" the details better, but doesn't leave an odd "overcoat"

Pros
  • Starch and sizing in one product
Cons
  • Some bugs
