After my last half marathon, the pain in my legs and hips started. I knew I needed a "spiky ball" so I just looked it up in Revain. I chose this set based on the price and other reviews. I am not disappointed! All three balls were very helpful in releasing tight muscle fascia and are easy to use on their own. I also appreciated follow up emails from the company checking if I was happy and providing instructions on how to use each ball. Two thumbs up!

Husband bought this set to relieve back stiffness. His only problem is NOT the massage balls but some of the painted surfaces in our apartment. The satin finish used on the doors is not suitable for these massage balls. You want a surface painted with flat paint so the massage ball can catch on the surface and stick better to your back.
