I love these. It's easy to apply as much pressure as you want without finger fatigue. My husband can't give massages. Ha ha. But he can with these. You can use your own muscles (which you can reach), they just rotate around themselves in the shell you hold on to. Use oil/lotion or not. you can wash them off They are sold at twice the price at the local massage parlor and are exactly the same product.

I have sciatica but if I use a ball to twist the muscles the pain doesn't go away but it's definitely not very bothersome. I used a tennis ball on the wall; It worked, but it took some getting used to and you always have to make sure the ball lands in the right place. This massages the rollers where you want to roll it. It's there when I need it and works well. Have one at home and one in the office. I definitely recommend it.
