If you have sensitive skin I would not recommend this product. I have used silicone products before and never had a reaction but the next day I felt horrible including a rash on my body. If you don't have sensitive skin, this should work for you. The only thing I noticed is that it heats up VERY quickly to the point where I couldn't use it for more than 15 minutes and the anatomy is a bit off. with what it's really meant for when it comes to women.
