Dear hair dryer!

DO NOT buy this hair dryer. This is nothing more than an expensive hair dryer. On the highest setting (930*) it barely scorched the paper towel after 30-40 seconds of direct contact with the nozzle. I've had too many unwanted purchases from Revain. From now on I'll spend my money on the spot.

Ideal for heat shrink tubing

I mainly use this for heat shrink tubing in electronic equipment. This works fairly well and the temperature can be set low enough not to melt the shrink. Also, the back of the gun is wide enough to hold it upright, which is handy. I haven't noticed any hot spots in the gun's plastic case.

Great addition to my workshop!

WOW! The right tool is everything! I've used a blow dryer to speed up drying small DYI projects and found that to be fine. Then an accidental, unknowing water stain was discovered on my new custom made dining table while setting the table for my son and his family on a "pre-COVID” visit.
