Installed this on my Polaris Express 300, worked for a while but has been stuck recently. It turned out that the rubber protecting the butt cracked and began to rust. 2 stars because it worked for a while.

Be careful when tightening the handlebars. I overdid it and broke the cast aluminum back strap. Not the fault of the products, that's my heavy hand. Luckily, with a little sanding, I was able to mount the old carrier tape. Once installed it worked like a charm!

I bought this to replace the Polaris Sportsman 500. Considering the price I didn't think all the bad reviews could be true. Thought Revain wouldn't sell such a bad product. The bad reviews are well deserved. Do not buy this brake lever! The sight glass is leaking and you cannot bleed the system.

The product was fraudulent and did not work in any way. Had the product been professionally installed by a Polaris technician in Ohio and he could not force pressure through the system even when professionally bled with a vacuum bleeder. I would return the item for a full refund if I could, but my returns window is closed.

Mine worked perfectly despite all the reviews. It is important to use the included banjo bolt instead of your OEM banjo bolt. The thread pattern does not work. Also, there's a two-prong electrical thing hanging downstairs that I can't figure out. I have a Sportsman 400. Maybe something compatible with another model?

Appears to be a good quality product. However, the bolts are not the same size (or use the same wrench) so this is an issue. But for the price, you may have to go to the hardware store to get other screws depending on whether or not you have winch controls mounted above the left hand grip. I didn't even expect it to work, so I was pleasantly surprised at the quality.

There were problems with venting after installation. Check the nut holding the lever. It is lost and can only be tightened so far because the other end of the bolt is recessed. I used a green lock tight. hope it lasts I would try running the system with a newer polar athlete if I did it again. Installed on a 1997 Polaris Sportsman 500. Update Do not buy.
