First off, the reset mechanism is vulnerable and there is no reset code unless you can find a specific YouTube video on the internet that discusses the master reset combo. But even then it failed. I had to physically squeeze and pry the lock (trust me it can be done, but I ended up stabbing my arm). I would recommend using the regular Master Lock instead. I use several of these locks. They usually last 4 to 5 years. The one I just received didn't set the first digit correctly. After several attempts, it finally stopped working and got blocked. Raven replaced him. Masterlock needs to improve the quality of this lock. Unfortunately this is the only lock that suits my application.
