Product was an upgrade to the original camera and a direct replacement. The camera has been installed. was brand new. The dealer asked $700 for the same repair which took me 20 minutes.

I wonder if anyone has had this experience. The display is of very poor quality. The picture is very grainy. I didn't expect that for a purchase for 200.00. If you just want a working camera I would recommend it, but if you want a good picture don't buy it. Very disappointed.

A FORD dealer wanted to charge me about $800 to replace this camera. Husband bought and installed in 10 minutes. I feel the camera image quality is better than my 2013 Ford Explorer. Definitely recommend this purchase instead of taking your car for a replacement.

A few months ago the backup image turned black or was displayed upside down. The dealer will most likely offer you $700-$800 to replace the camera to fix the problem. It was 1/4 the price and took about 20 minutes. Just watch the YouTube video and it will be one of the easiest solutions. I don't see any image quality issues and the backup rows are as expected. Excellent purchase.

My truck wasn't as easy to operate as some - Wisconsin weather on my 2013 helped with some rust and corrosion where other people didn't but I was able to replace the camera - caught fire Right away, it seems to be working fine. The image is a bit stranger than the original Ford camera - the lens is more like an "aquarium" but I don't mind. I'm glad I followed the recommendations of others and chose this path. Saved me $200 and a trip to the dealer.

Grid/proximity lines do not need to be reprogrammed or adjusted. Just install and use. Installation took about 20-25 minutes and was easy. Fits easily on the factory connector. Don't waste your hard-earned dollars at a Ford dealership that can cost over $1,000! Not sure how to install it, there are youtube videos for everything!
