I bought a replacement camera for my Chevy Silverado and it has been a game changer in terms of backing up safely. The quality of the camera and the ease of installation were both top-notch. The camera provides a clear, wide-angle view and has greatly improved my confidence on the road. The only downside is that the instructions could have been a bit clearer for a novice like me. Overall, I highly recommend Master Tailgaters for their reliable RV safety accessories.

The OEM camera was terrible and although my truck doesn't have the picture quality of some other cars, this camera offers enough clarity and detail to see clearly from a distance . Very easy to install. You'll have to lower the spare tire to get to the connector, no big deal, just make sure your tire change kit has a lowering tool.

Installation requires some minor skills but it produced a crystal clear screen to replace my broken OEM unit. The hardest part was figuring out how to remove the wire harness clips from the GM. A long zip tie tied to the new wiring harness allowed me to thread it through the hole in the bottom of the tailgate after which installation was a breeze. Perfect fit for 2018 GM Trucks. It would also fit my 2016 GMC Sierra 1500.
